Oh thank goodness!
People can finally breathe a sigh of relief!
It looks like even though Hostess is going under, Twinkies should survive to be eaten another day!
How is that possible??
Well because Twinkies’ brand recognition is so high (and they’re so delicious) it’s expected that someone else will buy the brand!
They do pull in $68 MILLION a year, ya know!
Other companies are even already beginning to bid on the brand.
Hostess’ spokesman said:
“We think there’s a lot of value in the brands, and we’ll certainly be trying to maximize value, both of the brands and the physical assets.”
They’re selling off all the different parts of their company to the highest bidders to pay off their debts.
We think a food company would be dumb NOT to pick up Twinkies!
Especially with all the media exposure they’re getting ever since going under!
