As you surely know, Kylie Jenner and the Rack City rapper are currently on a break (for the millionth time). And while it’s rumored the twosome are likely to get back together, the 27-year-old was spotted out and about with Justin Bieber‘s ex Jordan Ozuna… who just happens to be Miz Jenner’s doppelg├â┬ñnger.
