Tyler Perry Sued Over Devil Song!

Tyler Perry is being sued by songwriter Johnny Tyrone Stringfield because of unauthorized use of his lyrics on an episode of Meet the Browns.

“The Devil thought he had me … but I got away,” sang several characters on the show, which is from Stringfield’s I Got Away.

Unfortunately, Perry and the companies behind the show have not paid up! The gospel singer is asking for over $100,000 to keep things copacetic.

Madea could afford it!
