Tyra Banks Wigs Out Over Companies Using Her Name! Wants $10 Million!

And Tyra Banks‘ problems whip everyone else’s in the booty tooch, because very few people have to worry about having their name stolen for wigs! LOLz!

The America├óΓé¼Γäós Next Top Model host has filed a lawsuit against 10 wig companies that use her “name, photograph, image, and identity” to sell their products.

The wigs in question have been sold under names like the Tyra Banks custom lace wig, the Yaki straight [Tyra-Banks style] wig, and the Tyra Banks inspired human hair wig that├óΓé¼Γäós priced at $300.

Part of Tyra’s complaint is the companies are infringing on her very valuable trademark, and to prove her case she’s attached her 11 page IMDB profile.

Hey, she didn’t get that degree from Harvard to LOSE money! She went to make it!

Tyra’s asking for an injunction to halt sales of the hair pieces, and a MINIMUM of $10 million in damages.

Guess it’s risky to have great hair!
