Sad, scary news to report about UFC fighter Rachael Ostovich.
Per reports from the Daily Mail, we’ve learned that the 27-year-old was allegedly savagely beaten by her MMA boxer husband Arnold Berdon in Hawaii on Sunday. The alleged brutal attack shattered the fighter’s orbital (face) bone, causing her to stay overnight at a hospital for treatment.

The reported attack happened at 2 a.m. Sunday morning at a residence in the Waianae section of Honolulu County. Honolulu PD promptly took a 27-year-old suspect into custody after the fight, but initially refused to release the names of any involved parties. But the latest update confirms that Berdon has been officially charged with attempted murder in connection to the incident.
TMZ confirms that Rachael has been granted an official restraining order against her husband set to last through May 2019. The couple share a young daughter together named Ruby Rose, who will unfortunately feel the effects of her parents’ terrifying squabble.
Thankfully though, the beautiful fighter is back home and recovering. A statement from her Sucker Punch Entertainment management team reads:
“A very unfortunate incident occurred Sunday night with Rachael Ostovich that ended with her suffering a fractured orbital and other injuries. Rachael is now home from the hospital with family and will be going back for further check ups on her orbital. The family would like to ask for some privacy as they sort through this matter. We would like to thank the UFC for all their support on this matter as well as the fans and media for your concern.”
Ostovich has also seemingly responded to the whole incident too, with an Instagram post pleading for prayers:
