Becki Newton, best known for her character on Ugly Betty, is pregnant with her first child.

Becki has been cast in a new show for the network called Love Bites. The show was supposed to start its run come this fall, but because of her pregnancy, the show’s been pushed back to mid season. NBC├óΓé¼Γäós executive VP of current programming, Vernon Sanders, explains:

├óΓé¼┼ôShe plays a virgin [in the pilot episode], so we have to make adjustments to that.”

Uh, yeah! That sounds like a plan!
