Just yesterday, we learned that Honey Boo Boo‘s Uncle Poodle wanted to get custody of nine-year-old Alana because he thinks that Mama June is endangering her.
Well, now that the checks from their show Here Comes Honey Boo Boo have stopped rolling in after being canceled, he’s trying to get his own show.

Poodle reportedly saw a petition for him and Sugar Bear to get their own spinoff, but after Honey Boo Boo’s dad said Poodle would never get custody of his daughter, we can’t imagine that happening!
Still, Poodle and his fiance Alan are already pitching producers the idea of Green Acres in reverse, where they move to the big city — but only if Honey Boo Boo comes onto the show occasionally, because he doesn’t want her punished for her mom dating a child molester.
Maybe this family should just take some time to get themselves settled after this whole scandal. Then again, people love scandalous TV!
