WARNING: This video is VERY disturbing and shows the horrible treatment of animals for product testing!
A North Carolina product testing facility has been the subject of an undercover investigation by PETA and what they found is truly horrific.
For nine months, a PETA investigator worked undercover inside the kennels of Professional Laboratory and Research Services, Inc. (PLRS).
PLRS gets paid by pharmaceutical companies like Bayer, Eli Lilly, Novartis, Merck, Sergeant’s, Wellmark and the makers of Frontline flea and tick products to test insecticides and other chemicals used in companion animal products.
PETA has filed complaints with federal and state agencies, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and local law-enforcement authorities.
