Here’s an update on the story surrounding a video of domestic violence gone viral.
Aransas County, Texas, Court-At-Law Judge William Adams, faces a police investigation and a judicial probe after the graphic video surfaced of him striking his then-16-year-old disabled daughter repeatedly while cursing at her and berating her.
Well, Judge Adams is has spoken up, and he sounds like a lunatic! In a interview with a local news station Adams said:
“She’s mad because I’ve ordered her to bring the car back, in a nutshell, but yeah, that’s me. I lost my temper. Her mother was there, she wasn’t hurt … it was a long time ago … I really don’t want to get into this right now because as you can see my life’s been made very difficult over this child.”
Sure. She’s just made about the car thing, and not the brutal beating that his daughter Hillary says “happened regularly.” The judge went on to repent claim innocents. The judge says:
“In my mind I have not done anything wrong other than discipline my child when she was caught stealing. I did lose my temper, I’ve apologized. It looks worse than it is.”
In contrast Hallie Adams, Hillary’s mom who also took part in the video beating, is completely remorseful.
“I lived in an environment of dysfunction and it steadily got worse. I was completely brainwashed and controlled. I did every single thing he did.”
He sounds like a charmer.
