US Airways Plane Crashes into NYC's Hudson River, Passengers Being Rescued by Boats

Thankfully, the plane landed in one piece!!!!!

A US Airways plane taking off from New York’s La Guardia airport ‘crashed’ into the Hudson River, near Manhattan’s 57th Street on Thursday afternoon.

Geese flying into one of the plane’s engines are supposedly to blame.

The plane is intact and passengers are being rescued by boats right now.

There were 146 passengers on board the flight, along with 5 crew members.

There is no report on their conditions. Everyone made it out okay!

Some of the passengers were seen standing on the wings of the plane.

The plane was heading to Charlotte, NC.
