UPDATE 7:43 PM EST: Usain Bolt and Kasi Bennett are NOT engaged. The sports star’s agent, Ricky Simms, told TMZ that, while the photo itself is real, the “she said yes” caption was Photoshopped by an online troll.
Usain Bolt‘s girlfriend must be a VERY forgiving person!
On Monday, the Olympic athlete took to Snapchat to share a pic of himself and his longtime love Kasi Bennett — oh, and teased that they might be engaged. WHAT??

Of course, this news is somewhat shocking as the Jamaican sprinter was caught cheating on his lady only a handful of weeks ago in Rio. Tsk, tsk!
Nonetheless, it appears Usain and Kasi are as happy as ever as the athlete posted:
Well, well! We mean, we can’t really blame Miz Bennett for saying yes as the twosome are on quite the romantic vacation in Bora Bora. Not to mention, the 30-year-old seems to be giving all of his time to his relationship as he took to SC again to share another pic of his lady and wrote:
“The only person opinion [sic] that matter #vacation”
We’re guessing Bolt is trying to tell his fans that if Kasi doesn’t care about his wondering eye they shouldn’t either. Yeah, okay.
We’re not sure how forgiving Kasi will be if Usain strays again. Regardless, Bolt’s sister Christine previously commented on the strength of the couple’s love and assured all that they’d survive the recent scandal. She relayed:
“I’m sure Kasi will be used to it by now. She is used to seeing pictures like this. People ask for pictures with him and he is always willing to have pictures. She is used to him being in the public domain.”
Here’s hoping, for Kasi’s sake, Usain will be better behaved in the future.
