Usher's Ex Tameka Foster Wants Aunt In Charge Questioned Over Pool Incident!

Usher‘s ex Tameka Foster wants the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help her god!

Which is why she’s been trying to issue her ex’s aunt with a subpoena to testify at her emergency custody hearing today, but unfortunately has not been able to find the aunt in order to serve her.

Tameka hoped to question Aunt Rena about what happened on the fateful day she was supposed to be watching her and Usher’s son Usher Raymond V the day he nearly drowned.

Since she can’t serve Rena, the aunt doesn’t have to show up. However Tameka still has a pretty good case against her ex as she argues for primary custodial rights.

Her main point during this legal battle will be the fact that there was no drain cover on the pool that day. Which is where her young boy got his arm stuck and subsequently nearly drowned.

Guess we’ll have to wait and see if the judge decides Usher’s kids really would be safer living with their mom.
