Back in October, TMZ obtained a July 19 recording where the accuser said she only had protected intercourse with the musician. She filed the lawsuit two days later.
The woman — formerly known as “Jane Doe” — hired a new attorney who filed documents to dismiss the case “with intent to refile.” So Usher isn’t out of the woods just yet.
His attorney Steve Sadow told People:
“It’s our sincere hope that this dismissal will bring an end to the opportunistic litigation against Usher in Georgia.”
To be continued…
