It seems like Usher has pretty much always been in shape.
It’s like the guy was born with a six pack!
He eats right, works out hard and also makes smart choices, like taking a movie role where he plays iconic boxer Sugar Ray Leonard.

Dammmmmmn! He’s crazy ripped!
He’s currently in Panama filming the boxing movie Hands of Stone, so his physique is only gonna look better and better.
Boxers are in crazy shape so the film gave Usher the opportunity to get into even crazier levels of fitness than he’s used to.
We can barely handle it he’s so damn fineeeee!!
