The shit is about to hit the fan!
Usher is demanding every document that ex-wife Tameka Foster collected during their 11-month marriage!
Wait, we thought they were married for 2 years??
According to the legal docs, the couple has been separated since July 2008!
Anyway, Usher is asking for a laundry list of “tax files, paycheck stubs, bank account information and other financial records, insurance policies, real-estate rental agreements, medical records and automobile registrations” from Tameka, but Ush is also asking for a whole load of other documents.
The R&B star might think Foster hired a private investigator to find out if he was cheating on her, because Usher is also demanding “notes, cards, letters, photographs, film, documents, tapes, voice recordings, gift, jewelry, clothes… detective reports, photos or recordings that have resulted from either ‘surveillance or investigation‘” from his babymomma!!
Damn!
We can’t wait to hear what they find!!!
Thankfully, both parties are requesting joint custody of sons Usher V and Naviyd Ely because they’re “substantially dependent upon each party for support.”
A custody battle would be horrendous to add on top of the rest of the legal dramz!
