Awww, how thoughtful!
Katherine Heigl and hubby Josh Kelley like to take a Christmas sabbatical to the mountains of Utah.
Last year, the Utahans left a “civilized note” for the happy couple from their community leaders.
What did it say? Heigl and Kelley “failed” to take down their Christmas lights.
Katherine shrugged off the notice and said the following:
I put up lights for Christmas and I love them – they’re jovial and they make me happy – and so I leave them up all year. It’s the mountains. Who cares?
They didn’t like that so much. They asked me to turn them off in January… So I took ’em off in July.
Who knew Utahans were that concerned about light pollution?
