And unlike other lesser quality, vamp-tastic ca$h cows, it is actually good enough to DESERVE the popularity!
Fans of the hit TV show True Blood can now relax in between seasons, because they’ll soon be able to read all about the non-sparkling vamps in graphic novels based on the Vampire Bill and Sookie Stackhouse variety hour!!
The comics will have all the characters from the show, but will follow separate stories!!
The show’s creator, Alan Ball, says:
“I’m really looking forward to exploring this new format. Comics have no limitations, things that we could never do on the show because of time and budgetary constraints we can do in a comic. The writers of the show and I are closely involved in the creative aspects of the comic, plotting art stories, characters – they exist in the same world but it’s a completely different story than what you will see on TV.”
The comics are set to be available in early July!
