These are really scary times we live in. Thankfully, it sounds like everything is alright now.
Last night, the brother of Vice President Joe Biden was kept overnight at a hospital near his Ocean Ridge, FL home after opening a package with an unknown powdery substance
Francis Biden alerted authorities immediately when he opened a post and found some white powder inside that made contact with his skin. As South Florida has a history with anthrax, extra precautions were implemented. Neighbors were evacuated, the street was closed off and Francis was rushed to the hospital.
However, he’s just released a statement saying that he is “fine” as is his girlfriend Mindy, who brought the envelope in from the mailbox, but never came in contact with the powder.
Phew! We’re just glad to hear everyone is safe and unharmed. That’s what is most important.
