This is the second time Victoria Beckham has channeled Holly Golightly!
And this time she even has the baby bangs to go with the rest of the look!

The designer debuted her new “fringe,” as bangs are called in England, while out shopping in Central London on Sunday.
Posh looked sleek in a black dress with knotted front and leg slit, of her own design, classic pumps, and big sunglasses.
The only accessories missing from her Audrey Hepburn-reminiscent outfit were some Tiffany diamonds and a long cigarette holder.
Loves it!
