Who knew the Fast & Furious franchise would still be going strong??
It’s latest installment, Fast Five, debuted early Friday morning with its midnight showings and grossed around $3.7 million at the domestic box office!!
The movie’s opening made nearly double then 2009’s Fast & Furious, which grossed about $1.8 million on opening night.
And it’s not just the U.S. where Fast Five is making big buck$$$. It’s made $35.6 million overseas and is No. 1 in all of its current markets, including Germany and the UK.
That’s incredible! Looks like we’ll definitely be seeing a whole more Fast sequels.
With all the money Vin Diesel is making on these movies, he’ll never have to work ever again! LOLz.
