One day you’re in, and the next day, you’re out.
These words rang especially true on Saturday when Vogue editor Elisabeth von Thurn und Taxis stitched up a controversy when she posted an Instagram photo during Paris Fashion Week.
The problematic photo featured a homeless person who happened to be reading a copy of Vogue, which Elisabeth clearly found to be ironic, as the accompanying caption read:
“Paris is full of surprises… and Vogue Magazine readers even in unexpected corners!”
The 32-year-old took the pic off of her social media accounts less than five hours after posting, but the damage was done.

After most of the comments on her photo were negative, Elisabeth responded asking why she was in the wrong, before posting an apology:
“I wanted to extend my sincerest apologies for the offense my post has caused. Yours truly Elisabeth”
We get that seeing someone reading the magazine you had a hand in creating must be a unique sensation, but you should probably think twice before judging said person.
But what do U think???
Was Elisabeth’s comment a little too privileged?
Or are people just trying to make a fuss over nothing?
Let us know in the comments (below)!!!
