On Wednesday, country singer Walker Hayes announced on Twitter that his seventh child with wife Laney — daughter Oakleigh Klover — has passed away.

Because of the tragedy, the musician has canceled all of his upcoming appearances to be home with his family, including Oakleigh’s three brothers and three sisters.

Hayes — who began dating his wife during their junior year of high school — announced the couple was expecting their seventh child back in November. He told Taste Of Country:
“My kids are losing their minds excited… [Oldest Leila] cried because she was so happy about having a new brother or sister.”
