Talk about a huge, MEGA-spoiler!
If you are a Walking Dead fan and don’t want to know anything, DON’T BUY THE DVD!
The Walking Dead doesn’t seem to care for subtlety and their DVD goof proved it. The marketers of the second season set spilled the beans on a MAJOR character’s death on its ad.
UPDATE: AMC has released the following statement regarding the leak:
“The post on the AMC store was completely unauthorized. The matter is currently under investigation.”
Uh-oh! We think it’s safe to say that someone is getting FIRED! Oops!
SPOILER ALERT: Stop reading if don’t want to know who is getting axed in the season finale of The Walking Dead!
We’re sad to say that Shane (Jon Bernthal) is biting the dust. Shane is a goner early in the TWD books and ever since Bernthal’s name was linked to Frank Darabont‘s L.A. Noir, Shane has been a ticking time bomb.
And we bet, Shane’s death will be gruesome!
The character has a fantastical death in the book and the DVD ad mentions his demise along with an extended zombie gut scene and the making of the barn.
We’ll miss you, Shane!
