Good news for dog walkers!
A recent study of 3,000 dog parents indicates that on average, dog guardians will walk around 24,000 miles with their canine companions in a lifetime.
On average the owners walk their dogs for eight hours and 54 minutes every week, covering a total of 36 miles. Those figures add up to a total of 1,855 miles a year.
Many owners indicated that dog walking was their only form of exercise said they don’t partake in any form of exercise aside from strolling with their pup.
More incentive to be a good owner!
