According to a study from Penn State, walnuts are a stress buster. Healthy adults with high cholesterol were put on a 6 week walnut diet. These adults successfully lowered their blood pressure.
A 1 ounce serving of walnuts, about 14 shelled nuts, which is under 200 calories, is the way to help get rid of stress!!
