Former NFL Star Can Buy Back Stuff He Lost In Bankruptcy

Warren Sapp, a former NFL star, lost a lot in a bankruptcy case when he filed for Chapter 7 earlier this year.
He was millions of dollars in debt so he had to give up all of his stuff so a trustee could sell it off and pay off Sapp’s creditors.
Well now he’s apparently made a deal with the trustee that will allow him to buy back some of his stuff!
He can get back some furniture, jewelry, a storage container and the rights to his missing 2002 Super Bowl ring if it’s ever found.
But this will only go down if he can get a judge to sign off on the arrangement and he can deliver $69,284 in a lump sum!
One thing he’s not getting back is his massive Air Jordan collection├óΓé¼┬ª about $50,000 worth of shoes!
We’re glad he’s at least working his way out of debt and has enough money to not lose EVERYTHING.
Though maybe that money should go to a financial planner instead.
