Especially if it’s a mansion in Scotland!
J.K. Rowling recently purchased a three-story 17th century mansion in Scotland for £2.5 million and the superstar author loved it so much made an offer before seeing the whole property first! A source reveals:
“The owner received a call from the estate agents telling him there was a viewer and asking him to meet her at the house to show her around. She only looked at a couple of rooms, she didn’t even go upstairs before telling the owner to name his price.”
Rowling wanted to move in ASAP to throw a Christmas bash so she even upped her price so the owner would move out in two weeks!
She already has a plethora of homes in the UK totaling in value at around £12 million.
The woman is truly set for life!
