Spears is going to have to submit herself to the unpleasant task of being deposed by Kevin Federline‘s lawyer, Mark Vincent-Kaplan, this morning.
Kaplan has been trying to get Unfitney under oath for about a year.
Depositions can take up to a few days and Brit will be subjected to countless unpleasant questions.
We sure hope it’s videotaped!
