Okay, so we know that Chord Overstreet has the option to come back to Glee as a recurring guest star, just not as a series regular.
But so far, there hasn’t really been a single peep about whether or not Chord IS actually coming back. And now, with the news that Lea, Chris, and Cory won’t be returning to Season 4, what’s the deal??
A source says:
“If Chord wants to appear on Glee, the choice is his. The Glee writers like his Sam character and have plans to write for him. He and his reps have been told that he is welcome back to Glee, and everyone hopes he will show up on Aug. 10 when filming begins.”
Okay, yeah, that’s awesome and all, but August 10th is less than a month away. Are Glee writers really willing to sit around and just wait and see if Chord says yes to returning to the show?
Hmm, we don’t think so. Something sounds a little off here. There have been so many casting cuts and surprises in the past few weeks, that we’re getting a little anxious over. Just give some relief to all of us Gleeks! Is Chord returning or not?!?
