After the success of Jackass 3D, we’re not surprised that Paramount would have lots of faith in Johnny Knoxville and co.
Back in 2008, Paramount purchased Mustache Riders, a comedy “about three small-time crooks who set off on an adventure to find a buried treasure with a grizzled old outlaw.”
Now, we’ve learned that Knoxville, Bam Margera, and Ryan Dunn are attached to star in the project along with none other than Willie Nelson. Inneresting.
Looks like Paramount is re-working the script right now, to make sure that the Jackass crew will be able to “do all their own stunts” in the movie.
A scripted version of Jackass, eh? Could be amusing.
Plus, who could POSSIBLY miss out on a movie with a title like MUSTACHE RIDERS???
