Bad news for Wolverine fans!
The highly anticipated sequel — mostly anticipated in hopes that it will vastly improve upon the first one — has pushed it’s production schedule back AGAIN!
Hugh Jackman revealed at this past Comic-Con the production was scheduled to start shooting this fall, saying:
“I├óΓé¼Γäóm filming Les Miserables in February, but before that I will be filming Wolverine 2 in October. Chris McQuarrie has written a fantastic script and it should turn out really good. I├óΓé¼Γäóll fight the Silver Samurai in it so that should be exciting. Most of the filming will take place in Japan.├óΓé¼┬¥
Sources are now saying weather conditions in Japan, where most of the story takes place, are preventing the production from finding suitable shooting locations.
Although they are considering shooting in Canada or a combination of the two countries, Hugh is going to film Les Miserables first, then (fingers crossed) begin filming the next Wolverine in Spring of 2012.
Are U looking forward to The Wolverine?
