A Pennsylvania representative is questioning whether or not the work permits for Kate Gosselin‘s eight children are legal for their show Kate Plus 8!
Rep. Thomas Murt says that the state law allows children under 7 to work in movies, but not in television and the sextuplets are only 6.
Murt sent a letter yesterday to the state attorney general and labor secretary to inquire about the matter.
Doesn’t sound good for Kate and her little moneymakers!
