The world’s largest cheesecake was constructed and then consumed in Mexico City!

The cake weighed in at 2 tons and required a ton of cream cheese, another ton of yogurt, 770 pounds of pastry, 550 pounds of sugar, 330 pounds of butter, 55 cooks, and 60 hours of work.

We can’t even begin to imagine how many calories the cake is worth!

Chef Miguel Angel Quezada earned a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records on Sunday at an event sponsored by Kraft Foods, where 20,000 slices were served up.
