Animal rights activists and pro-slaughter advocates gathered in Las Vegas this week at the first Summit of the Horse to debate processing and serving horse as food for the American public.
Both sides shared passionate arguments that condemn or condone the act of killing a horse for food, but we’re curious whether the American public would even EAT horse meat.
