The Russian capital has apparently installed 33 vending machines that dispense CAVIAR in various government offices and ministries!
Prices reportedly range from $7-$30, but if you’re especially clASSy, don’t expect the sturgeon brand! The machine only dispenses red salmon and roe!
Too bad! LOLz!
Why anyone would want to eat anything other than a Snickers from a vending machine is beyond us, but oh well!
