Chris Rene wowed fans on X Factor, but none more than a 3 year-old named Danny Stein.
The Young Homie’s dreams of meeting Chris came true at Children’s Hospital Of Philadelphia where the sick boy is currently awaiting a heart transplant.
The singer paid the adorable boy a surprise visit and even played his favorite tunes with a one-on-one performance, and giving Danny the ULTIMATE smile!!!
