Voters in a Virginia neighborhood association accidentally elected a dog as their community president.
Facing term limits, incumbent Mark Crawford put his pooch forward as a candidate when no one else would run — and he won pooch won!
The president must oversee board meetings of the Hillbrook/Tall Oaks Civic Association and tackle issues that impact the neighborhood.
