Pinkberry Co-Founder Sentenced To 7 Years In The Slammer For Beating A Homeless Man With A Tire Iron!

Justice, like frozen yogurt, is a dish best (soft) served COLD!
Pinkberry‘s co-founder Young Lee was convicted in November of beating a homeless man with a tire iron in downtown Los Angeles. On Friday he was finally sentenced to seven years in the slammer.
According to reports, it all started when a homeless man stepped in front of Young’s car and begged for money way back in 2011. Young was with his fianc├â┬⌐e at the time and felt the man’s actions were inappropriate, so he did what no one should do, he parked his car and attacked the man with a tire iron!!!
He broke the guy’s arm and gave him a concussion in the the process!
Ugh! How horrible!
Luckily good samaritans intervened and even wrote down Young’s license plate number so the authorities could eventually apprehend him.
The judge, who gave him the maximum sentence allowable by law on Friday, called the 49-year-old’s crimes “a savage attack on a defenseless person.”
