Imagine being arrested at your own listening party…
Welp, according to TMZ, that’s what happened to Young Thug, after he and his crew allegedly brought weapons to the listening party for his latest mixtape Slime Language. The 27-year-old’s bash was hosted at Dave & Busters in LA, with a long line of fans waiting for hours to enter. Looks like the wait wasn’t worth it as things ended before they even really got started!

The Guwop rapper is seen wearing a bright, multi-colored jacket and the video is captioned with “Cops playing with my man @thuggerthugger1”.
Another fan who seemingly saw it all go down outside was pissed, and posted about it on Twitter:
Reports also say that the listening party was supposed to double as a birthday party for the Atlanta native. We can’t think of anything worse than spending what was supposed to be a great night turning up, in jail on your birthday.
Hopefully this all gets sorted out soon, so he and fans can get back to celebrating!
