Like it being illegal to drive with headphones in both ears!
Over the weekend, the photogs caught up with Fran as she was leaving a restaurant in Beverly Hills to go home. In went the little white buds, out came the cameras!
How are you supposed to hear the sounds of traffic around you if you are blaring Justin Bieber in your ears, bb? (Don’t deny it! We can spot those afflicted with Bieber Fever a mile away!)
