Nicole Arbour is making headlines once again.
The YouTuber — who you may remember from her controversial Dear Fat People and Dear Black People videos — is under fire for releasing her “women’s edit” of Childish Gambino‘s This Is America.
As you know, Donald Glover‘s revolutionary project examines the black experience in America, particularly dealing with gun violence, police brutality, and culture. Now, making one of Gambino’s points, Arbour has swooped in with her own rendition, which is being called the “white woman’s edit.”

The comedian has since deleted the comments on the video, but here’s what some commenters had to say:
“This is not a women’s edit. This is a WHITE womans edit. If you cannot see the difference, you’re a shit feminist and a hack.”
“You truly didn’t understand ├óΓé¼╦£This Is America’ if your thought process was let me make a WHITE women’s edit version. Please delete and apologize for this atrocity.”
Nicole has since responded with “not an apology” but a “clarification,” writing:
