Zac Efron & Other Stars Raise Money For Children's Hospital LA While Competing In The Nautica Malibu Triathlon -- LOOK!

For the kids!
Tons of stars showed up bright and early on Sunday morning to compete in the 30th Annual Nautica Malibu Triathlon — all in the name of raising $1.25 million for Children’s Hospital LA‘s pediatric cancer research program. LOVES it!
Zac Efron was joined by his younger brother Dylan Efron and Olympic swimmer Conor Dwyer (seems unfair…) to compete in the relay that included a half-mile swim in the ocean, an 18-mile bike ride, and a four-mile run.
Sheesh!

The Baywatch reboot star wasn’t the only celeb to show up for a good cause as the event was also attended by James Marsden, New Girl‘s Max Greenfield, and How to Get Away With Murder stars Alfred Enoch, Karla Souza, and Jack Falahee.
