The Hollywood hottie was photographed this week for the first time since his face-breaking fall.
But oh noes! Poor Zefron has a scar on his chin now!

He must have really hit the ground hard! Zac left his physical therapy session with his shades on and a green smoothie to sip in his hand. Yep, he’ll be on an all liquid diet for a while since he had to have his jaw wired shut after the injury!
After his PT sesh, Zac headed home and then took his skateboard out for a spin!
Dude! Be careful! The last thing we want is for you to fall flat on your face again!
