Steve Harvey Overthrows The Hunger Games & Zac Efron

But you can guess what movie we went to see this weekend! LOL!
It was a surprisingly great few days at the box office this weekend as many flicks over-performed in sales. (See, Rich Ross! It can be done!)
As was expected, The Hunger Games was finally ousted from its firm position in first place by the Steve Harvey inspired comedy, Think Like a Man. The film brought in $33 million in its debut weekend, with Hunger Games grossing $14.5 million and slipping to third place. But with a hefty sum of grossed $357 million domestically, we don’t think Lionsgate is losing that much sleep.
Which means, coming in at the #2 slot is our beloved Zac Efron and his new flick, The Lucky One. The turn out was better than expected, bringing in a nice bundle of $22.8 million.
The power of Zefron! We doesn’t want to see him shirtless and wet and sweating and … wait, sorry. We started talking about our dream last night. Whoopsies!
What did U go see this weekend?!
