On Thursday, it was revealed that the former One Direction hottie and his model lady love are officially donezo. And while sources say the blonde beauty is sad and wants her main man back, the UK native took to Instagram the same day the news broke to share a shirtless shot.

Everyone grieves in different ways, we suppose.
