Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon actress Zhang Ziyi was not happy to hear reports that she’s been sleeping with Chinese government officials for millions of dollars.
You know, because they are NOT TRUE!
She’s denying any and all accusations and has even gone one step further by filing a libel lawsuit against the two publications that broke the story.
If she didn’t actually make over a $100 mil from secret sex romps, she might make some easy cash if the courts recognize that the “false” stories caused her ├óΓé¼┼ôimmense grievance and distress.├óΓé¼┬¥ The actress is seeking unspecified damages after being “subjected to public odium, hatred, contempt or ridicule.├óΓé¼┬¥
Aww. Poor girl! If these accusations aren’t true, this is a terribly embarrassing scandal to be associated with.
Although we’re sure people will forget about this by next month, we hope justice is served when the case goes to court.
