Zoe Saldana's Trainer Dishes About How She Got Her Superhero Body Back After Giving Birth To Twins!

Zoe Saldana is one hot momma!
Though the mother-of-two is the perfect cheerleader for moms looking to get their post baby bodies back into shape, she did have some help along the way.
As we previously reported, the Star Trek actress voiced her frustrations about getting fit after juggling her career while being a mom to her twins, Cy and Bowie. Eventually, Miz Saldana turned to celebrity trainer Ramona Braganza for assistance.

In fact, the instructor can be credited for helping the 37-year-old get ready for her latest ST film just nine months after giving birth. Whoa!
In a recent interview, Ramona shared:

“Our workouts were to not only get her looking strong but feeling fit again. Zo├â┬½ is not a big fan of the treadmill so for cardio, I focused on dance-based moves and boxing moves to get her heart rate up, kicks, leg lifts, plyometric combinations, and had her doing interval training if we did get on the cardio equipment.”

Fierce! The fitness guru also works with other A-listers like Halle Berry and Jessica Alba.
If you think it is easy playing a superhero — think again. The Guardians of the Galaxy starlet had quite the intense workout thanks to her trainer. Ramona added:

“Building back her stamina was key, as was strengthening her core. Our focus there was Pilates-based exercises including 100s [lying back with legs and shoulders off the ground, while pumping the arms up and down slightly for 100 reps], bicycles, leg lifts and exercises such as Spyder on the Bosu ball.”

We’re exhausted just reading that. LOLz! The fitness expert continued:

“For strength training, we worked with dumbbells, focusing on back and shoulders to improve posture and give length to the torso. Leg work is always a big part of my daily workouts for my clients and weights get legs in shape quicker when doing lunges, squats, and deadlifts.”

Dannnnng! Now that’s a workout. What’s even cuter is that Zoe’s husband Marco joined in on his wife workout mission. Miz Braganza explained:

“Her husband Marco and her both decided to get in shape together and their eating plan included a lot of organic veggies, many dishes that had a Latin flare and but healthier versions.”

Too cute. Regardless, Zoe keep up the good work with Ramona because it is totally paying off!
