It├óΓé¼Γäós been a crazy successful past 7 months for the New Girl star and while it├óΓé¼Γäós been super-fun-times and she├óΓé¼Γäós excited for the series├óΓé¼Γäó second go-around, she admits to needing a break – but not a complete snooze!
Zooey stated in an interview during this years PaleyFest:
“I know that I definitely need to rest…[but] I really want to bet back into the studio. I have a lot of stuff I want to record and a lot of songs I’ve written.”
The charming actress/artist also effused about what’s to come on New Girl, mentioning her character├óΓé¼Γäós infatuation with My Best Friend├óΓé¼Γäós Wedding alumn, Dermot Mulroney:
“He’s a sophisticated man who comes a courtin├óΓé¼Γäó… He’s very fancy.”
As to whether long time friend and previous co-star Joseph Gordon-Levitt will make any special appearances, Zooey doesn’t think so, stating the actor is very busy.
Busy, busy bees! Time to do some hibernating so the honey can be even sweeter next season!
