Britney Spears was a no-show for her deposition Wednesday morning.
Kevin Federline‘s attorney’s had tried for months and months to get her to testify under oath. The date was finally set and Unfitney just didn’t feel like showing.
The court is gonna whoop her ass over this one!

One source directly in contact with Britney [probably Osama Lutfi] tells them, “There’s a million people outside of her house. She can see all the other madness (presumably she’s looking at our live streaming video). The anxiety is making her sick. It’s just too crazy.”
That’s such a bullshit excuse!!!!
She shouldn’t be allowed to see her kids AT ALL if she can’t follow instructions and respect legal proceedings.
Update #2: Osama Lutfi is talking to OK! magazine about Britney’s absence at the court-ordered deposition.
He tells them – on the record – “She’s very sick with high anxiety.”
