One Small Victory For K-Fed

Britney‘s lawyers and Kevin Federline‘s attorneys were in court yet again Tuesday morning.

Team K-Fed was able to convince the Commissioner over to push back their next hearing from January until February.

That means that Unfitney’s current visitation stays in play until then.

As it stands, Brit Brit can only see her kids twice a week with one overnight stay. All under the watchful eye of a court-appointed monitor.

The Commissioner also scheduled Spears’ next deposition for the first week in January. She’ll probably miss it. Again!
